Georgia Primar is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been with Sutton Group Seafair Realty for +13 years, 3 of those years in Commercial Real Estate selling Farms and Ranches.  Georgia brings an extensive business background to the Real Estate Industry, having owned, and operated a successful enterprise in downtown Vancouver.

Georgia prides herself on honesty, loyalty, and hard work…going the extra mile for clients!  Kindness, respect and knowing when to be tough, are the backbone of her successful approach to business.

Georgia’s dynamic personality, natural gift for working with people and tremendous sales experience, have served her well in this very challenging industry.

Outside of her business, Georgia remains generous with her time and resources, making time for causes that are close to her heart. While raising her children, Georgia was a volunteer with Saint Monica’s Guild. Fundraising efforts focused on funding for Agape Ministry, Covenant House, and a trade school in Manzanillo Mexico.  Georgia volunteered for various activities and events through the church and felt it an honour to serve through various services that impacted her life and others in a profound way.

Georgia also maintains close ties within the arts sector and has made the arts the main focus of her recent philanthropic efforts. She has worked directly over the last 4 years with impresario Vernard Goud, financially contributing to Artist in their pursuits, as well as co-producing many art showings and events at leading galleries in Vancouver.  Notable collaborations include Pamela Anderson, legend Richard Brodeur, famed photographers Raphael Mazzucco and Antoine Verglas, Jimmy Cummins, David Yarrow, Ward Stegerhoek of Orange Babies,  Liz Rosa, Karolina Turek and Delta Stageworks, as well as many local photographers, painters, sculptures and musicians.

Georgia plans to one day create an arts scholarship at the local high school level, fulfilling her dream of supporting the arts and creating a legacy within the artistic community.
